Referrals
Crystal Eye & Laser Centre is part of the Oculo
network to make referring your patient to us as simple as possible.
Urgent referrals should be made by calling us on 6374 2391 (Booragoon) or 6374 2381 (Craigie) so we can arrange an appointment ASAP for your patient.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we can answer any questions you may have.
